We are super excited that our team and brand are rapidly expanding. Our team in the office is a mix of all ages, abilities and interests but one thing that pops up a lot is our clear passion for animals and our 4 legged babies.
Our presence within the equestrian world is hopefully fairly noticeable! We have lots to be thankful for as the rural and equestrian businesses have really shown us a great deal of support, trust and confidence over the years and for that we are eternally grateful.
While this provides a great deal of the work we do, we don’t exclusively work in these areas. Our knowledge and client base extends beyond that into machinery, fashion, construction and more, both local and national.
Regardless of which industry we’re working with, customer service and satisfaction remains our priority. It really means everything to us. But we know, that to give you the best experience possible, we need our staff to enjoy what they do.
For the first few years it was just Danielle and Kyle. Melissa joined as a web developer fairly early on and continues to be an integral part of the team. She has gone above and beyond on many occasions for the business, the team and our clients.
Luke from Merlin Equine has often pitched in to help with onsite work such as Wi-Fi installations and wiring work. Luke is a positive, knowledgeable and keen part of the installation team and we are very lucky to have him. Luke has a keen eye for detail and ensures each and every job is not only completed but done to an extremely high standard – this includes hoovering up after cable installs for instance! Always an important task! Merlin Equine offer some really great services to the local rural community including looking after your 4 legged babies while you can enjoy a holiday, check them out here
You may have seen on our social media just before Easter we opened the office up to Sasha, who came to us on a week work experience from school. Sasha is completing the Cambridge national IT course at school. Sasha has been a brand ambassador and sponsored rider for Black Nova Designs for some time now. It was a real pleasure to have her in the office with us.
Being a keen horse rider and owner competing in Dressage, Sasha was provided the opportunity to review a pair of the Just Jodz leggings (full blog review available here). Sasha continued her work experience week well into the Easter school holidays and has now become the youngest hired member of the team.
Sasha completed, updated and learnt about WordPress in an astonishingly quick time – even putting Kyle to shame!! Sasha has shown she is, and will continue to be, an integral part of the team.
We have a number of other team members completing their A Levels that come into the office inbetween studies. These amazing students are keen IT enthusiasts and have a super eye for detail, in particular when working with custom built PC’s and gaming PC’s.
We are very proud of our business, our team and the support network built around us which includes every one of our clients. This year we are going to continue to grow our team. Very soon we will be welcoming at least one more web developer to the team and another server admin.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our team, our clients and our supporters alike because without you we wouldn’t be where we are today. We are a family run company, our staff and team are what make us different, we care and we are real people.
This isn’t a hobby for us, it’s a lifestyle, it’s a dream come true! And we would love for you to feel the same not only about our services but about your own website and IT equipment and network. To trust us with your website and IT means a lot to us, In return we will do our best to ensure you get all the best features and service you deserve for your business to grow and become a success.
