Log into the WordPress Admin section and select WooCommerce > Settings from the sidebar.
Your screen should look something like this:
Select Shipping from the top menu bar
Your screen should look something like this:
To add a shipping zone, select the Add Shipping Zone button
Your screen should look like this:
Enter a Zone Name ie. UK, USA
Select the regions the zone covers from the Zone Regions drop down box
To add the shipping method, select the Add Shipping Method button from the shipping method section.
A pop up like the one below should be displayed on your screen.
Select Flat Rate from the drop-down menu and select the Add Shipping Method button.
Then edit the shipping method
A pop up like the one below should be displayed on your screen
Change the Method Title to text you want displayed on the website ie. Royal Mail 1st Class
Enter the price of shipping into the Cost box.
Once you have done select the Save Changes button in the bottom right
